Parties(buying & selling) Conditions.

1. I am selling my Land at 1/4 from the full plot of Land.

2. the (owner-new) buyer is making new survey plan , including the sold space included, that is , 2 survey plans that are equal only the potions are different with owners names on each .

3. the (owner-new) buyer is opportuned( funding his building , from designed stage to built complete stage )to have a "designed and build" building, designed plans ready, conforming with approval body.

4.. the house is a 3 nos.1 Bedroom Flat , a pent and service floor, 2 nos. Boysquaters room, and a car park space.

5. the owner is therefore , the interested suitor, inspecting the Land space and payment ready on December 1st. and moving in , at making his fence, is the owner the 1/4 plot of Land. (this is if the leaving leasing the Land, didn't continue to pay his 5 years lease !).

6. the owner buying may Negotiate, my agent fee on the Land is direct 15% on the Land selling cost from the buyer, likewise is paid too My Lawyers agreement fee is 10% and buyer is paying 5% tax VAT too.

7. the owner and his property are wished, a happy ownership !.
